	Fun idea! The short name "National Dishes" led me to believe this would be a list of officially declared national dishes, and that I'd be guessing the dish of each country. I wonder if there's a reliable [non-Wikipedia] source of such a list. That would make a good quiz.

	This is a good quiz idea, although you should have to guess the answers in order. Otherwise you're basically just naming random countries.

	I've already published a similar quiz for European countries but found that there is so much debate about what constitutes a national dish that I doubt there is a definitve list. For example, people in the UK themselves argue between Roast Beef, Fish and Chips, Chicken Tikka Massala, Bacon & Eggs, Haggis etc etc. It's good fun to have a guess though
