I think this should be titled "by Item", not "by Material".

Hmm, well, I was going to change it via your suggestion, but then I looked at the EPA list again and they do call it "Selected Materials". Would some sort of clarification in the Game Notes field work? Any other ideas? Thanks for the comments!
