Doesn't work. You have to type in the full name for the last 600 HR hitter, and then there's no combination to see what the next category is.

Either I came in too quickly, or something happened, because I'm getting the same results as ambition.

Yeah, you did fix the first one, but it appears to have the same problem for all the others.

great quiz, maybe 1 or 2 minutes shorter. I'd love to see a sequel.

I don't think 300 passing TDs is such a well known landmark that you'd know who made it and who didn't. You have to try too many people who were really good, long lasting QBs but aren't on here.

@Flick: In honor of you... Thanx.

Awesome quiz. I love that you ask for them to be in alphabetical order. Makes you think that much harder. Good work!

Boston Bruins is alphabetically before Chicago Blackhawks. You should clarify you are not looking for the city.

I thought this was a good safecracker. I only got stopped cold once, at Carlton. The others were just a matter of pulling from likely suspects and trying to alphabetize them on the fly. Difficult but doable despite my limited baseball and hockey knowledge.

Portland should be at the beginning of the last category. Oh, wait, they're not the Jail Blazers anymore. Carry on.

This would probably still be tough *without* the safecracker format. Out of curiosity, what are the last 3 categories?

Great safecracker, excellent balance of difficulty and I liked the mix of Big 4 sports.

I agree that the categories should be clarified, especially with the time limit coming into play. 4000 strikeouts is another one - make it clear that it's pitchers, not hitters.

Maybe I am alone on this, but I though the last 2 categories were much easier than the other 3. I was shocked that I finished because the first 3 took me so long. I would put those last 2 categories first.

Oh so this quiz is using the term "sports" to mean NBA, MLB, NBA and NFL. Maybe you could include something in the title to let people know this?

Great quiz. Gotta say that the performances of Hammerin' Hank, the SayHey kid, and the Babe stand apart...and especially Tarkenton...coming in the days long before big-score run-and-gun offenses, perfect artificial playing fields, and longball horsehides were around. Oh and other substances.

Considering that no "batter" has even 3000 strikeouts, I think its fairly obvious when someone refers to 4000 strikeouts, they are referring to pitchers.

on the last two categories, it's not at all clear from the instructions that you need to put them in alphabetical order by nickname as opposed to city (or state) name. any time you see an alphabetical list of teams, it's by city.

The safecracker idea is nice, but there's no real reason to require that the answers be guessed in alphabetical order.
