You missed the city of Godan in Tear overlooking Mayene. You could also put in the Seanchan cities. As far as Two Rivers locations, it could debated if they are to be considered cities or towns. Even Mat Cauthon has questioned if Baerlon was large enough to be considered a city. And Shayol Ghul is technically a mountain, not a city. Including hints such as the nations they are in might help especially for places like Rhuidean and Shadar Logoth, which you wouldn't normally think of as a city given its abandonment.

There are obviously lots of cities you could have used, and that's fine. Shayol Ghul, however, isn't a city; it's a mountain. That'd be like putting "Dragonmount" on the list. I get that there are places there, but even Thakan'dar would have been better. As of book 14, we now know that the rough civilization there is just called "the Town".
