	Pretty sure that Austria was Communist from 1945-1955.

	In Austria there were Communist members of parliament from 1945 to 1959. The Provisional Government (April-December 1945) was built by men of all three then existing political blocks. In Figl's first government there was one KPÖ minister, until 1947. The thing that happened in 1955 was the installation of neutrality and the troops of the Allied occupation left the country. If this is your point, Austria was Communist AND a monarchy AND US territory and French something between 1945 and 1955.

	So, I blew up trying to type in Iran 2 because Iran is a mine in the question before it. If a country is a mine in a previous question, it should not be a possible answer for the next one, right? Am I missing something??

	This was a splendid variation on the mini-minefields quizzes, extremely difficult but a lot of fun. My only suggestion is to put the number of correct answers in parentheses after each category (ex. "Non-UN Members (3)" and "Formerly Communist (7)"). Will you be making more of these for other categories (Literature, TV, etc.)? I'd love to play them. At any rate, 5 globes and a nomination.

	Wow, thank you for your kind words and advice :]. I just made a version for the history category, but I don't think it's nearly as fun as this one ;]. I will most certainly make future versions of this quiz for other categories.

	I didn't understand the meaning of minefiled 2... 'highest point by country'. Tanzania has the highest point in Africa, being Kilimanjaro, so was I supposed to type that in? I think its 'Worlds 4 highest peaks (or points) by country'.

	I guess since I always associate the US and Russia when it comes to incarceration rates, I assumed Russia would still have the death penalty too. I should have been thinking about the Council of Europe.
