You can go check the columns, but I'm willing to guess that Vince Carter didn't make the list because of 1 - players whose fanbases wouldn't be sad to see them go makes them more tradeable (in 2002 if the Raptors had traded Vince Carter for Amare Stoudemire, would Suns fans or Raptors fans been more depressed) and 2 - contracts matter. Vince makes a ton of money and there have always been better values in the NBA. As for Chris Bosh, Chris Bosh never played for the Celtics, so Bill Simmons has probably never actually seen him play. |
