I thought I would do a quiz like this for every state. Starting with the first one, Alabama. I didn't realize that I left it online. I've now pulled it offline to fix it. It's my first time making a quiz so I'm going by trial and error. Sorry for the inconvience but thank you for playing it.

would be fun if there were more questions. Also I think the famous person is pretty vague and could be improved... its a good start though

I think that "Heart of Dixie" is an acceptable answer for State nickname. Nice quiz.

As an Alabamian, we have "Heart of Dixie" on more things than the yellowhammer state. I know the yellowhammer state is our official nickname, but heart of dixie should be accepted.

heart of dixie should be acceptable, and maybe even someone more famous than George Washington Carver, like Helen Keller, Harper Lee, Gomer Pyle.

Residents are Alabamians; generally only non-Alabamians would use the term "Alabamans."
