I think the 'y' in Germany, Hungary, Italy, and Vatican City acts as a vowel.

Thank you for making "Germany," "Hungary," "Italy," and "Vatican City" bonuses. It's nice to arrive at a quiz like this and find that the linguistic quirks have already been addressed!

I find it odd that Bangladesh is at the bottom - it was the first on I thought of! UK could be another bonus - United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
