The official language of Moldova is Moldovan/Romanian. Russian is an official "minority language" and should not be included.

If Russian being an "official minority" language is clear, therefore its inclusion should not pose a problem.

In retrospect, I think pbysr is right; I demoted Moldova to bonus answer. Russian is only official in Transnistria and Gagauzia, it would be kind of like accepting USA for Spanish speaking countries because of Puerto Rico... So I stand corrected!
