	MNE = montenegro and RKS = kosovo. i saw both of these today so they are confirmed true :)

	@tm83 Totally correct about Montenegro. I missed that one. However, Kosovo isn't official as of this moment, since disputes about it belonging to Serbia and the UN not having made a decision on that.
