To “translate” a word that starts with a consonant or consonant sound to Pig Latin, move the first consonant (or group of consonants) to the end of the word and add “ay” to the end, so Latin would become Atinlay and Sporcle would become Orclespay. If a word begins in a “qu”, move both the q and the u to the end of the word and add “ay”, so quiz would become izquay. If a word begins with a vowel or vowel sound, do not move anything to the end of the word and add either “ay” or “way” to the end of the word, so answer would become answeray or answerway.
Also, what do you guys think of the time? Should I keep it as is or should I increase/decrease the amount of time/words? |
