Jerome Kaino of the All Blacks was born in Pago Pago, which is in American Samoa.

Good quiz, but I think requesting "UK" rather than its constituent countries is pedantic, especially in the context of a sport where those countries have always competed separately. England, Scotland, Wales and NI are *countries* by any sensible definition - they're just not *states*.
