| One of the borders of Europe is the Caucasus Mountains, this means that while Azerbaijan and Georgia are transcontinental, Armenia is not. Furthermore, none of the UK is in North America, it has territories there (and in other continents) but they're not actually part of the country. France appears in Africa and South America because of Reunion and French Guiana respectively (these are integral departments of France, not territories). Panama can be considered to be in North and South America if one decides the devision between these continents is the Panama Canal. Trinidad and Tobago is occasionally described as being on the South American plate, its position in the continents is obscure. Alaska has some islands in Asia (the westernmost Near Islands) so USA should be N. America, Oceania and Asia. How is Argentina in Oceania? |
