Kansas City is also in Kansas. Plus, Kansas City, Missouri isn't alliterative. By the way, shouldn't the title say within the top 200?

@nhrafan: Sorry, fixed that. I was first thinking I'd include the top 100 only but since there were so few alliterative cities I extended it to top 200.

Here are a few other alliterative cities: Dover, Delaware / Culver City, California / Hilo, Hawaii / Walla Walla, Washington / plus three Massachusetts cities: Marlboro, Medford & Malden.
