| Good quiz, except I was confused by "Key Items." I was thinking "items you absolutely need to beat the game," and even that is ambiguous (beat elite four vs. catch all pokemon). Anyway, you don't need an itemfinder or a town map to actually beat the game. Also, I think you should list the Dome Fossil and Helix Fossil as one item. You need cut and surf (I don't remember the HM numbers) to get to Lt. Surge's gym, Cinnabar Island, and the Seafoam Islands. Flash, while extremely helpful, is not 100% necessary for getting through Dark Cave (so you could put that as a bonus). Another bonus perhaps could be pokeball (and its variants) since one could technically beat the game without ever catching another pokemon.
Just some things to consider. And again, I really liked your game because it makes you think, "Okay, which items do I actually remember, and which of those were actually necessary?" |
