The Britons, Gaels and Picts - although seen as historically distinct, were apparently all Celtic invaders, in a similar way to the Anglosaxons actually including a diverse group of people. However, I would justify putting the Celts together because the Celtic people only formed the later three identities after arriving in the British Isles.

I got Nazi Germany for Germans. Also, to my surprise, Frisians for Germans. Are they more German than Angles or Saxons?

Nazi Germany conquered the Channel Islands, which are part of the UK... kind of, it's complicated. Frisians of that time lived in a relatively wide area, so to reflect that, Germans, Dutch and Belgians all work for Frisians.

Anglosaxons also, as a broad term, works for Frisians. Btw, there's two bonuses.

It wouldn't accept "Belgae" for the Belgae Tribes, which is a bit pedantic, in my view. I was rather put off by the way entering "Germans" answers most of the quiz, too.

Didn't the Dutch conquer the whole of the UK during the glorious revolution?
