Can you change this from 3 columns to the max (probably 5) on the Style page to reduce scrolling?

I would not put DeGaulle as two separate words. I would also accept alternatives for Zhou Enlai. Chou-en-lai is how it used to always be written.

But, de Gaulle IS written in two words.

You know what? I'm going to put "de Gaulle" as two separate words so that if some types in "de," he/she will say to himself/herself, "Oh, look at this! I wrote 'de,' so the next word must be 'Gaulle.'"
