	The problem is that some sources say the F(1)=1 and some say F(1)=0

	The generating function and many of the properties of the sequence rely on the interpretation that F(0)=0, so it's really the zeroth term of the sequence. I don't suppose that makes it wrong to begin a quiz from there, though.
