	Very interesting quiz - and my attitude toward classic literature just crystalized while taking it and getting a majority right. It's exactly the way I feel about baseball: I don't often have the patience to enjoy the game itself, but I am very interested in the history and trivia surrounding it.

	Good quiz. If there's a sequel, it might work a bit better with the addition of a few false options, like "Under the Volcano" or "My Name is Red" (just choosing a couple of distinctive titles at random). Including 5-10 false options might make the end of the quiz a bit more challenging, in a good way, without cluttering the screen too much.

	Technically speaking, the Iliad and the Odyssey weren't written by the same person, since Homer didn't exist, and both works were composed over several hundred years of oral tradition.

	@chriskotx, the consensus changes back and forth, but at least according to one of my professors who specialized in epic poetry, the Greek text of the Iliad and Odyssey have so many anachronisms that they had to have been composed in a process over the course of several centuries from the period immediately following the Trojan War (c. 12th century BC) down to the 9th or 8th century B.C. If there were a "Homer," he would have only been the last in a long series of poets to have refined the Iliad and Odyssey. Also, interesting side note: if this article is correct (http://www.pnas.org/content/early/2008/06/23/0803317105.full.pdf+html), then it lends more credibility to an oral tradition starting almost immediately after the Trojan War, since the Odyssey accurately preserves the dating of astronomical phenomena from that time period.

	Also, metrical anomalies in the Iliad and Odyssey provide evidence that digammas were present in the original recited poems, which would have been gone from the Greek language by the time the historical "Homer" existed.

	I think the key here is to pass on the ones that do not immediately come to mind then go back to the other ones that you need a little more time to think on.
