The New Haven, CT MSA also includes all of New Haven County, and therefore Waterbury, so it should be on this list too.

No Durham for Raleigh? And I'm surprised Philadelphia didn't make the list with Camden, unless you're not going across state lines.

You're right about Waterbury, I thought it was as well, but the Waterbury wikipedia page made me doubt because it mentioned a metro population of 210,000 or so. Camden only has 79,383 inhabitants. And Durham is included in the Raleigh CSA, but not MSA.

Fun quiz! Minor quibble - I typed Oakland before trying San Francisco; the latter worked but not the first. I feel like Oakland should have worked there.

THis quiz is kinda no good, because it just becomes an exercise in guessing large cities, and hoping there's another moderate size one near it.

El Paso is part of metro area with (the larger) Ciudad Juarez - maybe a bonus answer?

Well, now that you've got El Paso as a bonus, you might as well throw in Laredo/Nuevo Laredo, Brownsville/Heroica Matamoros, and McAllen/Reynosa to complete the list...they all qualify too.

Nah, I think just El Paso will be enough to pass the message that you're not guessing international metro areas here.

San Jose, Vallejo and Sacramento are a part of the SF metro area. Riverside is also a part of San Diego's metro
