This one was pretty tough. If there's a third one, they should throw in "port" as one of the suffixes.

Lindsay: I used 2000 data this time, therefore Pompano Beach missed the cut (population 78,191). It would have been 4th in 2008 I think.

You know what else would be fun? Prefixes (St, Fort, New, etc). Keep up the good work, this is a great series!

To clarify, Pompano Beach now has over 100,000 people (more than Miami or West Palm Beaches), but as of Census 2000 it did not.

@ilovebandkids: Actually, "Niagara" by itself is a town just next to the city of Niagara Falls, so technically it's a different place. That said, kudos for you having spelled it correctly (so many people forget the middle "a"). Do with that what you will... from a former band kid who grew up 5 miles from the Falls.

It's entirely possible I've never had a quiz make me feel so stupid as this one has. I come up with the capital of Maryland, but miss the top two in the polis category.

Carbondale isn't even a fifth of the size of the smallest -dale listed here. A funny -polis, but far too small to make the list, is the tiny town of Copperopolis, CA, which is in the Sierra foothills east of Stockton.

So I start typing Niagara falls and it works when the word Niagara is typed. So I type Idaho, Sioux, etc and it doesn't work? I'm really wracking(?) my brain can't come up with any other falls and then I see they're answers. What gives?
