	Malaysia and Indonesia appear to share an island east of Borneo, Sebatik Island. You can sort of see it on this map if you enlarge it - https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/geos/my.html. I originally commented on the inclusion of Netherlands and Belgium, but I'm guessing you would argue that it was a border over a river, counting as a land border by your description.

	Yeah Indonesia and Malaysia have the one on Sebatik like Addict said, also Germany and Poland share a border on the island of Usedom.

	Sebatik Island, yeah... I didn't think anyone would know that, so I removed that one for the "lagoon" reason. Then again, the situation isn't that different from Argentina/Chile. Added it. @jdog: The description says enclaves don't count, because the quiz would be too full of them. @XYlophonetreeZ: Usedom isn't an outlying island, it's there's just a small lagoon in between. I know Wikipedia mentions these, but there are actually more situations like this (for instance Lithuania/Russia) and I wanted to avoid those.

	@hilco: It's not actually sea, it's an estuary/river combination. Bonus answers for these two (I know, I should have done this before, but for some reason bonus answers didn't work while testing this quiz...)

	If you include enclaves, you should include bangladesh/India (lots of little enclaves) and Tajikistan/Uzbekistan...

	Nice quiz, the first few were obvious but I had no idea there were so many more. The trouble with the wording is that it's a bit difficult to define enclave and exclave separately, since with the exception of the three enclaves which are themselves countries (San Marino, the Vatican and Lesotho), any enclave of one country is also an exclave of another. I can't really see how you could get around that without some fiddly wording to the effect that "exclaves only count if they are not also enclaves".
