| @HiddenPalace: if you don't like a quiz, don't take it. Sure, this isn't as 'significant' knowledge as, say, countries of the world or US presidents, but that doesn't mean it's not interesting. It's somewhat subjective, yes, but it's still a reasonable indication of when something else with the same name as a country is considered at least as important as the country. I'd have expected Georgia to direct straight to the country with a "For the US state, click here"; on the other hand I'd have expected Wellington at least to go to a disambiguation page, if not straight to the article on Arthur Wellesley. In both cases I was wrong, so I've learned something - which is generally a sign of a good quiz. |
