	Wouldn't the communes of Liechtenstein be better to use as subdivisions than Unterland/Oberland? The latter seems to me roughly equivalent to using England/Scotland/Wales/NI as subdivisions of the UK, rather than counties ot administrative regions.

	That would be the first-level subdivision. But I thought it was more fun to not use those for some countries. While everyone knows England, many people may have never heard of Highland. Also, for instance Serbia's first division is that between Central Serbia and Vojvodina and Belgium's is between Flanders, Wallonia and Brussels.

	Actually, the biggest division of France is not Gironde but French Guiana (83.000 km²), which has the same administrative situation as any other departments.

	@Auguste: that’s true, but I think this quiz is restricting to subdivisions within Europe — otherwise Russia also would have other much larger subdivisions, like the Far Eastern Federal District, which is about two thirds the size of the whole of Europe!
