You should have it so when I type either the capital or the country, the answer appears.

I thought that was going to lead to too much random guessing. But alright, I guess when you know a capital you know the country too, so I'll accept those.

Good quiz, very interesting idea. The only reservation I have is that Ankara is missing.

What the... it was in the list I made, but I somehow missed it when typing in the answers here. Thanks for telling.

Great quiz, but I agree that country or capital should work, especially since you have the wires crossed for Accra and Ghana already.

Ah, so that's what they meant by 'having the wires crossed' xD Fixed now, sorry for the inconvenience

Ouagadougou and Burkina Faso are both eleven letters, but it's listed under the 12 heading.

If you are accepting countries, then it sould be in the instructions. Good quiz - enjoyed it.

^ You can't add notes/instructions at this time. Also, very disappointed I forgot Ouagadougou!

Neat idea - should definitely remain as it is though, accepting capitals and not countries, seeing as so many Sporclers have memorized the countries of the world.

Yes, definitely capitals, it makes it much harder to just guess. The standard spelling of the capital of Yemen on Sporcle seems to be "San`a'" which has only four letters. So I would suggest making it a bonus answer (since "Sana'a" is what Wikipedia says and what I have seen elsewhere).

This is a top idea, but does anyone else think maybe 10 minutes would have been a bit better?

I agree with you LondonBlue. Seven minutes was just not enough. Otherwise top-drawer quiz.

Lot of comments suddenly. I agree with the most of you. It still accepts capitals only, time to 10 minutes, and Sana'a to bonus answer.

a small quibble with Luxembourg and the Vatican. Luxembourg City is the capital of Luxembourg and Vatican City is capital of Vatican (at least in other Sporcle quizes) and I sure wish I could spell the capital of Burkina Faso!!! GREAT idea for a quiz

@Expat: Which 'other Sporcle quizzes' are you referring too, because I have never seen Luxembourg City on an official Sporcle quiz. Vatican is sometimes used, I know, but I think Vatican City is used in more quizzes...

Brussel - the native name of Brussels - qualifies too. You could add it as a bonus answer.

But then Belgium would be België and it doesn't qualify anymore ;) No, there would be a too many cities qualifying for a bonus anwer that way.

There happen to be two capitals of Georgia in the world, each with seven letters: Tbilisi, Georgia, and Atlanta, Georgia (USA).

Why is Sana'a only a bonus answer? The ' is not a letter and thus both country and capital has five letters, there should be no problems having it as a regular answer
