As they said, Vatican City and Monaco. Also, you might add Brazil (Brasilia), Algeria (Algiers), and Tunisia (Tunis), and others like that as bonuses.

What about Andorra? "Andorra la Vella" just means "Andorra City" in the same way you have "Ciudad de Mexico" and so forth.
