You left off Billy Martin.RBI single in the bottom of the 9th off of Clem Labine Game 6 1953 World Series.It was the Yankees 5th consecutive Worlds Championship.

I know it doesnt fit the criteria of the game but the 1927 Series between the Yankees and Pirates ended when the winning run scored on a wild pitch with bases loaded.
