| I have no clue where they come up with these numbers, I happen to live in one of those cities (Rochester, NY) and while I see quite a few averages based on "X" number of years averages, this one is a good 2 feet lower than what our real average is, and what is posted everywhere else I have seen. Our average is between 99 to 101 inches, not in the 70's. And som eof these cities are kind of puny, if you add such small towns, there are small mountain pass towns in the Rockies that have more, much more. Or Central/Northern NY towns Oswego, watertown, etc waaaaaaay more than any posted here. |
