| I don't think Rumia turns into Sakuya in the video. Sakuya is spinning and her clothes stay the same (she doesn't have long sleeves like Rumia is supposed to, and Sakuya has her things on her wrists (don't know the name) from the beginning) and the ribbon we see is the one on the back of Sakuya's dress (she has a ribbon too, but not in her hair, it looks like it because of the way she spins and the fact we only see the shadow) so I don't think Rumia appears in the video, but it's my opinion.
