Thanks for trying my game! Please let me know if I forgot any pairs / made mistakes, or you have suggestions on how to improve it. I've included bordering countries with common regional languages as bonus entries (there are 83 bonuses).

Bolivia-Peru should be Quechua, not Aymara.

Even though English is the de facto language of the US, it is not the official language (we don't have one). This means it should really only be a bonus, not a full answer.

Eritrea-Djibouti from memory share Afar and Djibouti-Somalia Somali, but those would be bonuses. (The quiz could also do with as much time as you can give, as I ran out about two-thirds of the way through. I hadn't even got to sub-Saharan Africa.)

Thanks for the suggestions. I've upped the time to 20 minutes, added Afar and Somali as bonus entries, moved the US there too and swapped Aymara for Quechua.

Kenya - Tanzania currently appears twice. Lovely quiz!

Love the idea, but I'm not sure that South and North Korea are "on speaking terms" by any other definition...

cuendillar: the ones that share a language but aren't "on speaking terms" made me laugh while taking the quiz, though its sad really of course -- the two Koreas are obvious, but Sudan-South Sudan, Israel and any of its neighbors, Iraq-Kuwait, and Kosovo-Serbia fit that category as well.

Pit_trout and bsd987, thanks for pointing those out, fixed both Tanzania points. Cecispanda: I'm entirely with you. It's also curious to see countries that deliberately don't recognize languages spoken by significant minorities for the same reason (Turkey-Armenia, Georgia-Russia, ...)
