	Good idea for a quiz but you need to fix a couple things, like either fill in the time zones or eliminate that column. Also, make the font size bigger.

	The Wisconsin river originates in a lake on the Michigan/Wisconsin border, that arguably excludes Michigan. Also, that part of Michigan is on Central Time.

	I would swap Michigan for South Carolina. As far as I know, SC's border lies on the divide between watersheds, which is quite different from touching an actual body of water that drains into the Mississippi (as sluq mentioned Michigan does).

	I think a better name might be something like can you name the states not in the Mississippi River drainage basin. I originally though you meant border as in border between states.
