Not a bad idea, but you should accept "Azeri", "Tajik", and also accept "Romanian" for "Moldovan". Also, "Ukrainian" is spelt wrong.

I wouldn't say these are ethnicities as much as they are denonyms or nationalities of the constituent republics of the USSR at the time. For Eg. The ethnicities that made up Lithuania included Poles, and Moldavians are ethnic Romanians etc.

Agreeing with Finnoztoffee - if this were ethnicities and not nationalities, you would accept Kalmyks, Sapmi, Avars, Aguls, Chechens, etc.
