Youre kidding right? This is hardly a comprehensive list. And even if there was some sort of method to it, I cant imagine why Broad or Front wouldve been left out.

They are the streets that run perpendicular to the numbered streets. That is why Broad and Front are not on it

If I could rate this list with a zero I would. By your logic you should not have left off Delancy Street. Also, why not set some geographic boundaries, such as streets of Center City Philadelphia. Dumb list.
