Confused me a little as in Britain we have a department of Education.
Nov 24th, 2012 at 10:34 GMT
Interestingly (or perhaps not!) in the UK we usually use SAE (Stamped Addressed Envelope).

I'll grant that the Department of Education uses "ED" to distinguish it from the Department of Energy, which uses "DOE"...at the *Federal* level. However, here in Massachusetts, the DOE is education (and the DOER is the Department of Energy Resources), and on a casual scan of the web, it looks like that's also true in at least New Jersey, Louisiana, Florida... That kind of ambiguity never should have made it to the published quiz.

Wow! I did not expect ROE to be the least guessed. It might be time to require some basic business education in high school.

I don't think I ever heard of more than a third of these, but most were intuitive and if I couldn't guess, I would just skip and narored my choices. Still had over a minute left and got em all.

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS THE EPL! IT'S NOT AN ABBREVIATION! It's just The Premier League, or including sponsorships, The Barclays Premier League. It's not a thing!!!!!!! AAARRRGGH. Vote me down all you want but all football-following English people can understand my rage!!
Nov 26th, 2012 at 19:11 GMT
I got a chuckle out of Freaked-out, Insecure, Neurotic, and European.
Nov 29th, 2012 at 01:20 GMT
I don't follow football, but I was about to make the same point as you. North of the border there is the SPL but the Premier League doesn't include a nationality in the name, just like the NFL, NBA, etc. don't specific theyre American.
Dec 18th, 2012 at 15:21 GMT
Have to add to matt01 and Thryduulf that EPL could stand for a lot of things, but there is no English Premier League. If anything it is the BPL, B standing for Barclays. Not sure why matt01 had been voted down? EPL should really be removed from this quiz
Dec 18th, 2012 at 17:57 GMT
Hey, everyone! We decided to remove English Premier League from the quiz.
