I really felt like the logical conclusion to "Outwit - Outplay - Outlast" was Outback Steakhouse.

Could you please accept all of our user names for the third one in the second row?
Apr 19th, 2012 at 04:35 GMT
3rd row, 1st column I immediately thought 'Band of Brothers' and I kept trying to turn that into one word
Apr 19th, 2012 at 04:44 GMT
You need to accept Annyong for the 3rd one in the 2nd row ;)

Life: Mikey likes it, but I totally biffed it. I did not recognize the box without the usual cheesy-smiling kid on it.
Apr 19th, 2012 at 04:57 GMT
For 8 I immediately typed "Earl."

"Kidney beans? No. Mixed beans? No. Navy beans? No. Next..."
Apr 19th, 2012 at 06:13 GMT
and here I thought the answer to the middle one in row 2 was 'Slim shady'
Apr 19th, 2012 at 06:14 GMT
I was hoping the name tag would accept "Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die." at least as a bonus. No luck. That cereal, I actually bought some today, and still whiffed on it. Plus the two TV shows I've never seen. Feh.

it would be so cool if sporcle had technology to fill the actual picture in when the word is guessed.
Apr 19th, 2012 at 11:49 GMT
*cough* Nice to see the inclusion of Atlas Shrugged... *cough*
Apr 19th, 2012 at 12:07 GMT
I thought the answer for the name tag would have been Cornelius, like Ed Norton's pseudonym in Fight Club.

Really liked this quiz! Headslapping myself for Life. I knew what Knorr was but couldn't actually come up with the name (Knopps? Knopf?). And I have no idea how I came up with Nissan so fast and on the first try as I can't keep any car emblems straight.
Apr 19th, 2012 at 12:21 GMT
Bottom row, second from the left, you spelled 'Thunder' wrong.
Apr 19th, 2012 at 12:41 GMT
I must've tried 25 different album names and bands for the album cover with the black band along the bottom and a bunch of people standing above the band. I finally gave up. Then I saw the answers. *sigh*
Apr 19th, 2012 at 13:06 GMT
^^ This. I just knew that had to be an album cover.
Apr 19th, 2012 at 13:49 GMT
25 seconds left...OK - just start typing in random Stephen King books..."It"...YEAH!! Of course I never hit my 55:1 shots when gambling...
Apr 19th, 2012 at 14:11 GMT
What a cool quiz.
Apr 19th, 2012 at 14:45 GMT
2 of my favorite books on one fun quiz .. cool. @Wyatt's Torch - I knew you like the book choices
Apr 19th, 2012 at 14:53 GMT
Upper right hand corner: I actually tried "get your kicks".
Apr 19th, 2012 at 15:04 GMT
I always thought it was "Fall into" the Gap... neverMIND
Apr 19th, 2012 at 15:39 GMT
I just waiting for Sporcle to have the technology to zoom in on the picture so you can actually see what it is. Yes, I should have gotten Platoon, but I really couldn't see it well enough.
Apr 19th, 2012 at 15:44 GMT
I've been buying Life cereal my entire life, and I've never seen a box like the one pictured.
Apr 19th, 2012 at 16:30 GMT
Don't reenact scenes from Platoon with Charlie Sheen.
Apr 19th, 2012 at 16:42 GMT
TF is "Knorr"?
Apr 19th, 2012 at 16:46 GMT
LOVE LOVE LOVE that you accept "Inigo Montoya" :)
Apr 19th, 2012 at 17:11 GMT
Oh great, for the rest of the day I'm going to have an Eminem song stuck in my head.
Apr 19th, 2012 at 18:46 GMT

Campbell's Soup is condensed? I'm supposed to water it down? THAT'S why it tastes so funny...
Apr 19th, 2012 at 22:46 GMT
My name is Hello? What? Ohhhh....
Apr 19th, 2012 at 23:01 GMT
That was fun......... I think you should also accept "Chargex" for the Visa card as that was what it used to be called in the past. It even had the exact same striping just a different name in the middle.
Apr 20th, 2012 at 00:12 GMT
Anybody else old enough that they tried "BankAmericard"? I was just reading the history of Visa on Wikipedia. Chargex was the Canadian version 1968-1977. Both of these would be good alternative answers, along with the British Barclaycard, as they all used this look. Bank of America has resurrected the BankAmericard brand fairly recently, I see.
Apr 20th, 2012 at 00:50 GMT
@Yeah Penny, I put Bankamericard, why, you wanna make something of it??? :D It should have been accepted, so should have Supersonics, God, I hate David Stern!
Apr 20th, 2012 at 01:22 GMT
I automatically typed "God" on the nametag. Whedon has apparently hijacked my brain.
Apr 20th, 2012 at 02:53 GMT
Best National Geographic cover ever...and those two album covers were parodied by Weird Al Yankovik, lol.
Apr 20th, 2012 at 03:24 GMT
Could've sworn the one in first column, second row was Sprite. Good quiz
