Insert BP drilling joke here. HINT: Use the equatorial line and prime meridian as reference points! It really helps you envision the other side (eg. if it's that much below, then it's that much above on the other side)

You need to accept "UK" for United Kingdom. I'd also drop the time to maybe 4-5 minutes, since otherwise one could get all 9 without thinking too much, just guessing semi-randomly.

Great Quiz! I think you could drop it to 3-4 minutes, or add another 6 locations. Because you haven't chosen really obscure locations (which is good), people will be able to just guess with this much time. I did it first time in slightly less than 3. I really like the maps.

@MrChewypoo that isnt the prime meridian genius. the prime meridian is a straight vertical line going through the uk and western africa denoting a longitude of zero. That is the international dateline (note how it weaves around countries so a given country isn't split between two dates.)
