Superb. I will offer a few minor suggestions, but it's already great as is.
Agree that Orthanc should be accepted for Isengard. Like @bizzlebiz, I never thought of the whole Misty Mountains and tried Cadharas and then tried to come up with the name of the Pass. Rhun and Rhovanion do not come up in the plots and the book does not follow any characters to Osgiliath. I don't object to leaving those in if you want really obscure ones, but you might consider these instead (some of which are pretty tough too), all of which figure importantly in the plots: Brandywine, Bruinen, Anduin, Old Forest/House of Bombadil, Weathertop, Stone of Erech, Tol Brandir/Argonath (may not be room), Pelargir. Lastly, Esgaroth looks like it's in Mirkwood instead of just outside it--I spent a while trying to remember if Thranduil's city/castle had a name before I realized what you were looking for. |
