Great quiz, and one of the best uses I've seen yet for the new Matchable quiz format. Nice to see a quiz that is not just another re-make! Thanks.

This quiz was great! Well done. You got a nomination and five globes from me.

Never been so happy to get 50%. :)

Not cool, once I saw I feel pretty and I started singing it... It's a major distraction :P

Really Great quiz. I saw Wicked on BroAdway a while ago. AMAZING!

As a former Jack, I'm disappointed to see Giants in the Sky and its pair as the least guessed. One of my favorite shows.

What happened to me was I would know a song in one column and I would recognize that musical, but then I wouldn't know the other song...... fail
Dec 29th, 2012 at 21:02 GMT
I love this!!! Great for theater people like me :) I'm just being picky, but it's "You're the One THAT I Want" and also Hopelessly Devoted isn't in the musical. It's just for the movie. Not sure if that matters to you or not.
Dec 29th, 2012 at 21:04 GMT
Also it only says "There's No Business Like Show" and there should be another "Business" at the end.
Dec 29th, 2012 at 21:08 GMT
It would be so cool if the name of the musical popped up with the correct match!
Dec 29th, 2012 at 22:18 GMT
@GoSkins, @MovieGuru.... I don't know if this would have worked either structurally or space-wise but when I checked stats I'd like to have seen both songs, possibly abbreviated by letters or condensed. Some I knew one but not the other, some I knew neither.

only missed one question. It might have helped that I sang professionally, so of course I knew all these musicals. Spent my childhood and adolescence pretending to be in each musical in front of my bedroom mirror. I was cute.

Neither "You're the One That I Want" nor "Hopelessly Devoted to You" is actually in the stage musical "Grease."
Dec 30th, 2012 at 04:00 GMT
It says musical not movie or Broadway play specifically
Dec 30th, 2012 at 16:38 GMT
Okay, every other pair is in the stage version, and many of the musicals don't even have a film version. It's not a glaring error, but it's incongruous.

This makes me want to go rewatch all these movies/shows right now. I just saw Les Mis and I HAVE to see it again. Musicals are so strangely engrossing - one would think that the music would detract from the story or make it seem trivial, but it has the opposite effect.
Dec 30th, 2012 at 21:55 GMT
@steel03: both of those songs have been included in the stage show since the 2007 Broadway and London revivals.

I'm a bit new to this, but how do you make a matching quiz?
Jan 1st, 2013 at 00:51 GMT
I DONT GET THIS QUIZ
Jan 3rd, 2013 at 19:05 GMT
@Snickerdoodle27: You just have to click 1 on the left, and then in this case, click the 1 on the right from the same musical. Nothing too difficult. Don't worry, we were all new Sporclers before, heck most of us didn't know what a Kyrgyzstan was!!!
Jan 4th, 2013 at 01:29 GMT
@nash618 Thanks! Now how do you create one?
Jan 4th, 2013 at 18:36 GMT
When you go onto "Create" at the top of the page, and click "Create Game", It should bring up a page that you have to enter the game's name, how much time you get, and what type. There are 2 buttons: "Create Classic Game" and "Create Clickable Game". Click Clickable and then you can enter your info.

I just played this and got about 2/3 right, but then when the game ended, it said I had 0/20. Has this happened to anyone else?
