I typed brown, then red. Shouldn't that count as maroon?

And the 9-15 balls are just repeats of 1-7. I couldn't remember the 1 ball, but I could remember the 9.

officially, the seven ball is referred to as either brown or burgundy, not maroon.

Instead of voting me down, how about you take the World Confederation of Billiard Sports' word for it. They never refer to it as maroon.

Really? Maroon? Try burgundy or brown. For someone who's so stinkin' critical of other people's quizzes, you'd think the creator of this quiz would be a little more on the ball when it comes to acceptable answers on his own quiz.

I agree with everyone, brown is the most common colour/name for the 7 ball, in fact it is also listed in the official rules.

Although I would type maroon either way, to stop getting complaints and stop getting poor ratings, you should probably accept alternate colors for the 7 ball, such as brown, burgundy, or brick red.
