I think the creator believes that it is Copernicum, which is wrong. It is actually CopernicIum, as under IUPAC rules, no new element can have any other suffix than -ium.

Suffixes aren't necessarily 3 letters. Like the noble gas suffixes.

Yes, suffix is a poor choice of description: it claims that the whole word "Tin" is a suffix: a suffix to what? But apart from the title, the quiz works really well.
