Okay, I think that the 1st Person Singluar should be an acceptable answer, as well as the Infinitive. I don't think the quizzed should be required to give all of the base forms to be right.

This quiz is created with the Basic Skills Test for U of M 231 students in mind. The BST requires us to recall all the principle parts.

In that case, I would require you to be able to identify when verbs do not have a fourth principal part. Perhaps with a "---". Also, I'd require you to spell complementary and principal correctly.
