As the majority of the answers are the French names (e.g. Haute-Normandie and not Upper Normandy), it would be advisable to change also Brittany and Burgundy to Bretagne and Bourgogne. Also Besançon (even without the ç, there is an "n" missing) and Poitou-Charentes are misspelled. It would be better not to mention Normandie and Picardie in the instructions as they are partial or total answers.

Yes, I would put all answers in French and then provide alternate answers for those with english spellings such as Normandy, Picardy, Burgundy, etc.
