| Vanderbilt should be on there - and there IS still a 12th Avenue - go under Riverside Drive in the neighborhood of 125th street - there it is. Morningside Drive and Morningside Avenue run parallel but one on top the ridge the other below. Lenox should be on there along with Cabrini Boulevard which runs in the same direction - Greenwich Hudson and West Street in the village are all major streets in that direction - if upper manhattan (out of grid) is included, shouldn't the village and lower manhattan? Since "Broadway" is not an Avenue, I'd think Riverside Drive, Morningside Drive, and Cabrini Boulevard should count as well as each are rather long north south thoroughfares. |
