Isn't Ivy League an FBS Conference? If so, Harvard and Yale would cancel out Connecticut and Mass.

no, ivy league is FCS. doesn't it seem like missouri ought to have another team? how is there not a big school in st. louis with an FBS team? NJ and MA also have a high-ish population. why only one school?

Saint Louis University has not had a football team since WWII, although they did throw a forward pass before any other college team did (even before Notre Dame). Mizzou plays Illinois in St Louis and Kansas in KC every season, alternating home game designations.
