| @BiloxiSean: You'll notice many historically better teams are missing from this list: Notre Dame, USC, Florida, Florida State, Texas, etc. (I'd guess years listed for Alabama, ASU, and Penn State might be penalty years like this year is for Ohio St.) If Notre Dame wins they WILL be #1 and deservedly so > all the best teams (SEC) this year lost one or more games (to each other) but ND came up victorious every week. The real question should be who's #1 if Alabama beats ND? Both would have one loss but Alabama would be #1 as the winner of the BCS Championship Bowl. |
