I would call Civilization a real-time strategy, at least as an alternate answer. But great quiz :)

@SXESmasherTwins: Agreed. I typed in real time strategy as well.

I believe your both wrong, Real Time Strategy is games like Command & Conquer where you have to develop a strategy while A.I. moves in real time. Civilization would be Turn-Based Strategy.

Nintendogs should accept just "sim" imo

Thanks for the feedback. Civilization is definitely turn-based as stinger said, but it now accepts "real time strategy" since I'm really just looking for strategy in general. I'll leave "simulation" for now unless other people run into trouble.

I'd just go ahead and add Warcraft 2 as real-time strategy, and solve the problem that way. :) I'd also like to see lifestyle games like Brain Age or Wii Fit added.

how about film, with your example as metal gear solid? Also you could put stealth, with thief as your example.

Wii Play should accept "Gimmicky" as an answer. Visual Novels are sadly unrepresented (unless eroges really count). Tsukihime or F/SN would be bad examples since they are eroges too, but maybe Higurashi or Umineko? :P

theief's too obscure try say hitman, or mgs. Also film is not a genre.
