As far as I can tell, Guinea is no longer under a junta. They had an election about a month or two ago; I remember a UN spokesperson saying that the democratic changes were running more smoothly than most other African nations. Just saying. 4/5

Libya obviously now needs to come off this list. Also, it'd be better if you reduced the width of the centre column and gave more space to the third column
