| It's a tough place to draw the line. The 7 counties are traditional but nowadays you have to look at the next ring out. I would definitely include Buffalo for instance. On the other hand, if you go too far in that direction you're getting into St. Cloud territory. 7 counties is more of a compromise than a satisfying boundary, and in that respect this is very comprehensive. I came up with a few townships but you'd have to include them all and let's not go overboard. Lots of fun, when time ran out I had lots of head-slappers. |
