	France is a country that (partially) exists in South America. I don't know what kind of statement you're trying to make by not including it.

	Yep, you need to change the title or include French as a "real" answer. What you're really asking is "Official languages of independent South American countries."

	French Guiana may not be independent, but it is still on the continent of South America. I think it needs to be a normal answer.
