This one took a lot of time to make and turned out to be very hard. Don't expect to get them all or even most of them. Have fun anyway. :)

Hard quiz. It's Telugu, not Telegu.

Farsi should be accepted as an alternative for Persian. I'm not sure if Dari really qualifies as a separate language - the source refers to "Afghan Persian or Dari", and wikipedia describes it as a Persian dialect - but I'm far from an expert.

I know it's not quite technically correct, but can 'Sinhalese' be accepted for 'Sinhala'? Really great quiz.

Got 52/60, nailed every weird Chinese and Indian language except 5, but managed to forget English. I mean, come on...

I hate to be a stick-in-the-mud, but your alphabetization is off on the bottom left hand corner for some reason and it threw off my H,J and Ks.

Chinese (standard Mandarin) is the only official language of China as far as I know. I like the quiz, made me look up the status of French in Lebanon.

If you're going to include the so-called 'dialects' of Chinese(Xiang, Gan, Wu etc), you need to allow non-Sinitic languages such as Zhuang, Uighur and Manchu - these three all appear on banknotes. Also, is Konkani not an official language of India?

Also, Sanskrit is about as official as latin is in any country. Btw: Sindhi is really only official in Pakistan I think. India doesn't recognize it as one of the official languages. I'm being rather pedantic. Feel free to ignore me :).

A lot of these languages are little dialects.

I would suggest accepting Sinhalese for Sinhala.

Actually India has 22 official languages, of which you list is selective. It is missing Bodo Dogri Kashmiri Konkani Maithili Manipuri (also Meitei or Meithei) Santali

I have to agree with anarresti--I know Uighur is an official language in Xinjiang (on street signs, etc.), and if I'm thinking right, Zhuang is official in Guangxi

Tajik and Dari are actually Persian. So you might want to consider having Persian work for them.
